I would
Christine Braddock 1971 (Ky)
If you were down and I were up ,
I’d play with you …
If you were sad from life itself , I’d play with you ….
If you were hurting I’d be there as well, in the end I’d play with you …
I’d fix US a place , I’d sit with you , I’d talk simple things, I’d listen too …
… I’d play with you …
If I were up and you were down it would not matter , I’d play with you …
If I was tired from a long day, I’d play with you ….
If I was sick and needed rest it may be short but , I’d play with you …
I’d take the time , no matter what , becuz you matter , I’d play with you …
You’d need not tell me what to do , I’d simply play with you…
