In The Beginning By Myself

Shambhala 1988 (Ronkonkoma)

I gave my heart to man and he sought after his own heart.
I looked for a world of hunger and saw myself starving on a tree.
I never gave much thought but life was hard to see, specially in a wood risen cross.
I was not a king but a servant to the men, wise and cunning were they.
I gave up my life as my king.
For ages I lived thinking I was a fool only to see I was a man of renown.
The end.
