The High Priestly Prayer
Father, the hour has arrived,
Time to glorify Your Son;
Let Your chosen to be revived,
Because the job is nearly done.
Since You gave the authority,
Over all flesh eternal life;
For all those with sincerity,
Rid their trouble that causes strife.
For they know You are the true God,
And Jesus Christ whom You have sent;
Send Your Spirit to cleanse where flawed,
Who trust and are obedient.
I glorified You here on earth,
Accomplished what had to be done;
We are prepared for the new birth,
In bringing us Jesus Your Son.
Glorify me in Your presence,
Long before the world existed;
As You have given confidence,
To resist what has persisted.
