They Don't Make It Easy

All I see are dots
I can’t see what I’ve typed
They want strong passwords
Now I can’t remember it

I look at the screen
It’s just too small
So are the buttons
What is it asking?

I try to connect it
The plug doesn’t fit
I go to the shop
What do I ask for?

I just want to print it
The cartridge has dried up
And how do I change it?
What the feck is “PC LOAD LETTER”?

I finally learnt how to work it
And then they go change it
By the time I’ve figured that out
They’ll have changed it again

The kids know how to use it
But they don’t have patience
Besides, they’re addicted
All I see is scrolling doom

It’s supposed to make life easy
It really just is an e-waste
Why can’t it be simple?
