The poem is about ladies that go about in the society as high class ladies the indulge in all manners of activities to Maintain such life style of affluence, prostituting around. In Nigeria they are called "slay queens". They are well known for beauty and cosmetic surgeries. Their favorite foreign place to visit or relocate to is United Arab Emirates (Dubai to be specific).
