Ride The Wind

William A. Tatum 1953 (Washington, D. C.)

Riding the wind
takes on many a form,
such as sailing a boat,
or a kite in a storm.

Superheroes enjoy it,
in their mask and their boots,
provided they're wearing
the rest of their suits!

Parachuting from high,
skiing in perfect weather,
racing Motocross bikes,
Wait! Not all together!

A long nature walk,
the wind whispering through trees,
with the calming effect
of a cool summer breeze.

Flying paper airplanes
that you paid nothing for
and made aerodynamic,
to see how they soar!

Riding the wind
is the greatest sensation
in whatever form
you consider aeration!

~William
