Peace and War

Civil War cuts lives short
It causes people being shot
It results in deluge of blood
It displaces even the wildlife
It ignites inferno of conflicts
It annihilates the nation-state
It leads to human destitution
It causes regrettable starvation
Hey folks! It blackens your reputation.

Peace increases human population
It leads to sustainable progression
It results in human promotion
It enriches justice and convention
It empowers national constitution
It flourishes the flowers of peace
It results in freedom and celebration
With it women are considered in unison
With it elders are consulted with
It results in equality and respect
With it people access to justice.

Kith and kin never engage in deadly fight
Indiscriminate fighting is a national disaster
It leads to the suffering of susceptible civilians
It results in further and further hardships
You don’t have to loot national properties
You don’t have to kill other persons
You don’t have to incite armed conflicts
You don’t have to destroy erected buildings
You don’t have to have a very bad legacy
You don’t have to cause a lasting pain
You don’t have to leave behind a rotten history
Civilians don’t lose hope in their interests.

Abstain from the racial discrimination
Which resulted from the tribal consultation
Nepotism and injustice result in disputation
As bellicose boastfulness results in dissension
But peace is a gift from the Almighty God’s conviction.

A person who prioritises dominion
Because of the current condition
Shouldn’t mistreat another person
That came to him for protection
He who has a heart of gold for union
And lives in peaceful inhabitation.

People who feel not pity for each other
People who rob each other for conspiration
Their Maker never ever exculpate them
Whoever that values a real exoneration
He or she achieves the needed dignity
Peace is like a huge tree with reliability
Which gives shade to he who wants it.

Colonisation that was deceiving somebody
That was handcuffing him with colonial chains
If the pain of his handcuffs was deeply felt,
The handcuffs can be unlocked easily
They can be unlocked by education and honour
Patients who struggle to buy drugs from the market
And overdose on them without doctor’s prescription
They usually die because of the harmful overdose.

Before the rain falls,
The wind that blows
Sweep the negativity
Before it gets validity.

If he was aiming at killing one person,
Then why did he destroy the full boat?
The full boat that capsized with one thousand passengers
His only objective of personal interest was
Engaging fight with he who that he hated.

Oh peace! You are longed for by all intellectuals
All intellectuals who are engulfed by conflicts,
‘Life is in the direction of peace’
Will be the words of an intellectual.

If a lover falls in love with his own darling,
If he engages her and goes with her on honeymoon,
And with love stays with her in a pleasant place,
As he is just sightseeing with her in love,
If he is surprised by an unexpected enemy,
If he is murdered at midnight by his enemy,
If he is killed for tribal revenge and avenge,
Oh peace! In which direction can we find you?

Water quenches the thirst of a person
Of a person who prioritise security
But not he who hates national security
The person who longs for insecurity
The taste of water is a bitter pill for him!

In retrospect, look at the history
The history of the locations that were fled from
The places whose inhabitants were killed
Where wild beasts occupy and dominate
Where the skeletons of the killed victims
Are swept away by the coastal floods!

If I tell you the truth,
The solution human problem and interest
Is only collective and sustainable peace
