It's Not The Same As It Was

Strangers we were, fate made us meet,
Who knew he will cross the limits of being sweet.

From chit chatting at first, sharing lunch the second,
To spending more time together and being dependent.

I got used to the compliments given by him,
Said beautiful and adorable and I got blind behind him.

Everything was good, everything was pleasant,
Changes came however that I couldn't forget till present.

Ignorance, neglection and everything to me was sudden,
I waited for his responses daily night till one.

They Say that people forget the old ones, when someone new open for them the door,
Still I never held the saying, as I thought mine was not one from that shore.

Autumn became my life, felt empty and insecured,
Who knew one day, that one will, from me, get bored.

It may be true that time heals everything,
But I never imagined that I will lost my story's king.

A little reminder to all that at the end of the day,
Some mistakes get made,  that's alright that's okay.

I know it's not the same as it was,
We know that it's always not the same as it was.
