Forbidden love

When I see you my heart soars
When I'm near you my heart pours
For all my thoughts are about you
About us and our truth
For love comes in different forms and shapes
But our is strictly forbidden to say
Where love was once said to be free and by choice
But then ours is wrong and shameful and out of place
For today our love will remain hidden in the shadows
But we will fight for our right to love for our tomorrow
Where our love will be free without a price or a sorrow
Maybe then we will finally be accepted in our soon to be futuro
