An Overthinker's Castle

Have you ever been inside an overthinker's castle?
A secret place that was cursed endlessly
You could see from the outside how magically it was carved
But the inside was consumed and blinded in chaos

You don't want to be there
The portal on its way out is nowhere to be found
At glance, you will be enchanted by its cheerfulness

From simply happy thoughts
You would assume that it will ripple into extreme happiness
But nuh-uh

It will magically override every single thing
It's like a cycle
You will convince that it is alright
But you have no other way around
You can't find the door on your way out
It will continue over and over again
Until you feel burned out
Your head felt violent aches
It is too much to handle
Full of what ifs and that
You cannot understand how these thoughts caught you up
How these thoughts keep swirling around
If I could just stop it and even pause for a while

Has your mind stopped talking for a while?
It has always been there, blabbering noise
I'm an awfully quiet person
I don't talk too much
My mouth is too lazy to speak up
But my mind is conversing endlessly.
