I don't really know what to write

I came across this website,
It tickled my interest,
It made me feel excited,
But when I wrote my ode,
It was filled with mistakes,
It didn't have rhyme or rhythm.

I scratched my head,
I couldn't write a word,
It made me puzzled,
Was my passion so fickle?

Maybe I shouldn't have wrote,
I should end this farce here,
For I am getting yelled at,
By my dearest mother,
For I sat on the toilet seat too long.
