Banished to the nearest black hole in space
Alleviate the pain, nausea & dizziness
Invigorate the body mind and soul
Refresh from past exertions burdensome
Wake refreshed revived & free of pain
Let this be by the power of three
Maiden Mother & Crone
Empower these words

I have lived mainly in Tasmania with time also spent in New South Wales and Victoria. I have traveled in New Zealand, Asia and Maldives I have been writing poetry since mid 1970's.
