Love

As I walk the path with no gate as a barrier for my grief I am thankful for his mercy.
As I travel the paved roads with little obstacles, I remember to bend a knee and thankfulness. As I swim upstream against the current I reach out to grab a hold to the power in the unseen. As I point my gaze on HIM let me not sink in the quicksand of my own selfish ambitions but to clearly see the things of God. As a wallow in times of deep sadness let me be reminded that within the darkness I can choose to follow the dim lit candle in his hands. As I measure my own ways, speak to me Lord, hear my cry, for I am unworthy in your presence as you teach me to open your book. Let the pages be alive in your love for me.
