Life is an ocean

Life is an ocean where my emotions come like waves, people swim in my life like fishes, where people have to be sharks who eat those fishes in my ocean. A fish took my hand and led me somewhere where I could not see my ocean furter more than I did before. On land the fish said your ocean isn’t safe for us to live in. Go, go somewhere far away to keep us safe from your waves that you create. They left me in tears where the ocean was my home, the home I made for them to stay in, I gave to them, my love of those homes I put in, my love I gave to them. I left running on land wherever my feet could take me, my tears running down my face filling up the ocean, my ocean I created. Years passed and I was an oceanologist sailing on the boat forgetting what type of ocean I had created back then. Seeing a fish telling me that I needed to come back into the ocean again, help them with their family, help them with their home, help them with love. I cried and screamed at them. Then why did you tell me to leave when I built these homes for you, my love I gave to you, the family I helped you with? I gave you my hand and you refused to take it. When I left the door open for you to come back, but you never came, I had to close the door. After all I had done for you, you repay me like this abandoning me? I have waited for you to come back for me but you never did. The waves crash against the side, tipping over the boat I was on. I fall into the unknown ocean where a fish took my hand and took me back to my ocean I built for them. Holding my breath, releasing air from my mouth every minute, my vision gets blurry, and I’m having trouble breathing. I struggle to get my hand free from the fish, I race up to the surface gasping for air, waves keep on crashing into me, I fall underneath the waves unable to breathe, scared. I try reaching up to the surface of the ocean, gasping for the air again. Once I do, I see no one around, no fish to take my hand and help me. My boat is missing. The fish left me where the waves are crashing into me again, where I know I am in my own ocean, drowning.
