My little 'ol find

I sit in the scent of spring time alone.
I sit and listen to the soft waters.
The silent wind lowers my booming tone.
I watch as fathers play with their daughters.

The Springtime has many vibrant colors.
A different and new pattern on each rock.
I see green shades that compare to dollars.
I feel as if I've been freed from a lock.

It showers but flowers bloom with power.
It creates the energy that we need.
Watching them bloom helps pass the hour.
We watch them find ways to feed.

I sit and depict this in my ‘ol mind.
Someday someone will like my ‘ol find.
