Ray after ray
In another new day
Sun beckons
Out of dreams in tons
We're to be awake
Our daily bread to bake

Like the sweet fleets
Of birds with their tweets
Hopping off our thoughts
All yesterdays plots
And the pains past
It's a fresh new day

Miles before our eyes
As sparkling as sunrise
So we put the best smiles
And walk on with our styles
Don't care what others say
Just have a wonderful day

About this poem

This poem is about trying to feel good in the morning. There are different types of experiences in our everyday lives. Still we can try to be as warm in our hearts as the rising sun.
