Deep In The Story

Brianna Lea Pruett 1983 (Sacramento, CA) – 2015 (Sacramento, CA)

Deep in the story, &

love remains.

poetry and water.

a broken chain.

danger, danger

but we are unscathed.

In Time, subsides

immovable pain.

You are the dove,

my love,

my love.

The sweet and set free thing

you dream

of being of.

No stone unturned.

No fire not burned.

and what has been learned

and heard

feared

spurned

the loss is the gain.
