Lost in deep thought

Welcome to lost land in my mind!
I control my feelings, and mental health
but when I am lonely I need some help
sadly it's not you it's me.
But don't forget what we achieved,
we got to cry, and feel bad
we had those times to weep and feel sad.
I can't imagine a world without regrets
and I can't imagine a world I didn't want to forget,
sometimes I want to reset but sadly there is nothing left.
I don't have laughs no hugs
and I didn't have love because i'm not enough
sometimes I wonder if I wasn't here than I wouldn't have to suffer because the pain is real.
I feel depressed, and upset
I wanna fall asleep and never wake up
I wish I was pretty but i'm just washed up.
Did I say I was lonely? Because it's true!
It's sad to say but im giving up
I just don't, feel good enough.
