Spring
When eyes of trees behold the beauty of spring,
And words from the sky on leaves begin to roll,
I see the boughs hold each other and sing
While the trees lean down to the spring's soul
How beautiful the rain covers the leaves
Glittering brightly something no one believes,
Or the touching strain of the hopping birds above,
What happiness filling my heart with love.
And when I hear the bird's lay
It's a sign to all the sun is rising,
So all the trees dance feeling gay,
How pretty is life, Am I realizing!
But when spring prepares to leave
It's a feeling that never means to deceive,
And melancholy I look at the trees with fears,
Now it's no longer raindrops. It's drops of tears.
