God hasn't forgotten me

Every day you often wonder
Has God forgotten about you
While waiting for an answer
You wait and you wait
Just wondering has he remembered you or your prayers
You suddenly be blessed with something you've been waiting for
That quiet knock
Or banging on your door.
Those quiet moments
That you know God's real
That quenching thirst
Like sitting behind the wheel
Realizing oh ! this day is real
Owed by God
Without making a deal
Can't purchase this one
The death of Jesus won
When God gave his only son.
To die on the cross
For my life and yours...
