Implode.

Heather Lydia Thornhill 1981 (Manchester)

I wish I loved poetry but I don't
For a poems first word wasn't a note
I wish I loved poetry but I don't
For to write a poem needs silence
I wish I loved poetry but I don't
For a completed poem is read first in gloat
I wish I loved poetry but I don't
For the sweetest melodic word makes me choke.
I wish I loved poetry but I don't
For a poem is lost the more it is said
I wish I loved poetry but I don't
For competing with stars left my body bled
I wish I loved poetry but I don't
For my lifesong was left on a shelf
I wish I loved poetry but I don't
For my poems drew tears all over the world
I wish I loved poetry but I don't
For I heard Gods poem
Now my song is in mute.
