Dreamed of you

I dreamed of you last night
But I woke up in a haste
My heart started racing
When my eyes fell upon your face
It's been almost a year since you left
And my heart still has not healed
I dont know how I keep going still this all feels so surreal
It's hard to enjoy holidays without you
I often cry when I'm alone
I not only lost 1 but 2 parents
Now my house doesn't feel like a home
I know you came to see me in my dream to tell me your okay
I will forever miss you mom and dad
We will be together again someday
