CAUSE AND EFFECT

Phil Roberts 1957 (Melbourne)

The cause is corrupt politicians
The effect is brainwashed kids,
Political correctness of the worst kind
Morality is well on the skids.

The cause is brainwashing children
To think and act as they’re told,
The effect is a race of unthinking zombies
Who fit the politically correct mould.

The cause is governments who think they have
the right to control
Instead of obeying the will of the people,
The effect is a race of sycophants
Who are bleating, unthinking sheeple.

The cause is corruption in high places
In state and federal parliament,
To create a race of non-rebels
Whose minds have been broken or bent.

The cause is the Liberals and Labor
Just one party in reality,
Determined to wipe out free-thinking
To abolish freedom in totality.

Call it the Liberal or Labor Party
In reality, both parties are the same,
And when it comes to brainwashing
They both play the same ugly game!
