hearts and flowers

Kashish Tomer 2003 (Delhi)

I closed my eyes
I saw your face
You gave that smile
I stared for a while

Met you in the June heat
My heart skipped a beat
We stood still ,there in the second Street

I picked up my violin
I pretended to sing
You waited and waited And stood beside
I did not even play it
But you heard right?

I fell in love with both smile and scars
You have my heart
Now bring me flowers.
