its beauty ☾

did you ever notice
how beautiful you are
your light that leads me
whenever im lost?

then hear me out,
a couple of years ago
as i was walking through that gloomy road
i was somehow lost

lost by the words
that fooled an aspect in me
oh, how clueless i was
unwise i was to do the next step

so i started to look at the sky
everything in me was broken
even just by looking at the sky breaks me
with me thinking nobody really hears me

then suddenly i saw how full you were
beautifully full in every corner
i appreciated your beauty
even when darkness surrounds you

and made me realize that
just like the moon
we can be on our darkest
but still shine beautifully

we can be from afar
all alone in darkness
and still inspire many
and bring smile in their faces.
