Reflective

Drifting through this space
I float on
As the dawn rises
Life’s everyday full of surprises

They say they’ll be there for you then they turn on you
Everyday you meet people and you think you’re gonna get through it together
But one day, It all fades away

The games played
The lies fed
How could you mess up so bad and really believe it’s to be had
You created more karma
I don’t mean to alarm ya

Signing those documents to keep you at bay
Way the only way
To take a breathe of truth
You hide from the truth

What’s worse then knowing you’ll keep going
With your lie.
You despise the channel
The truth channel
You’d rather swallow the sword as it reads up your insides

It’s alright I see you and where you’re going
I did what I could
For the two of ya
Actually make that three of ya
I care so much about these lives I strive to help them survive

Sometimes you gotta let go when you see the lies

It’s not the lies but the truth revealed from within
They didn’t want to listen so they attracted the mirrors of growth

Both parties alerted and alarmed and chose what path to lay out

So here’s a toast
