My rhyme for you

Rhymed
There are days when I'm all blue
Sadness limits my smiles to a few
Thank you for sticking close too
And most importantly, for being you

For helping me in some way to be strong
I thought of singing a song
But writing these lines wouldn't be wrong
I'm sending big bear hugs along

Voicing all I've got to say?
My wishes for you, to God I'll relay
You're amazing in every way
You're my piece of poetry today

About this poem

It's a simple poem expressing gratitude to someone important in my life.... someone who's always been there through thick and thin to help me pull through it all
