the great roachie revolution of '21

bennie of the west end roachies
spotted abe the pensive deep in thought
antennae workin overtime
pensive and meditative yet wary
watchful for wasps
abe invited bennie to temple at the house of kafka
creator of the universe
abe has a masters degree in anthropology
told bennie the sad sad saga of marriage gone wrong
she was a central american cave cockroach my little cucaracha
sociologist who procured a position in the burbies city planner
but ya know how those sociologists are
especially them hot blooded latina cucaracha ones
she tried to shape and perfect me
rescue me from myself
but i was imperfectable so she got all suramericana on me ran off and got into
cockroach lesbian love triangle with her sociology professor and a chick who never shaved and claimed to be an underwater welder for movie studio cinematographers
in my pain i turned to kafka for solace
willya join me in reflection at temple?
bennie sez nah cuz
on my way to the protest
y'know it used to be a size twelve wingtip or oxford or maybe a loafer
or lame attempt with a newspaper but
now they got all techie on us with the dcon raid roachpruf chemical warfare crap them humans never fight fair
i heard tell of roachies in the burbies havin legs taped to sidewalks
holes burned in them with magnifying glasses by eleven year old sadists
my ex-cucaracha sez in mejico they bake us crispy and
dip us in chocolate sauce
we have had enough we will swarm every pantry every sink every cupboard every cabinet
i want every one uh them bastards to see a roachie in every peanut butter jar cinnamon roll bathtub and tube of chocolate sauce
let us drag our charlies across their beef freaking wellington
let us never relent till they see us in every corner of every room till they can take no more and snap
go completely mad shackled in cubicles where they will be analyzed by sociologists and underwater welders
your temple is a house of death
join us abe breed like roachies should
this world is ours for the taking
abe said what ya gonna do with it when ya take it
get into the extermination biz?
ya gonna fix it all like a city planner?
bennie sez go spray yerself with some toxic temple juice or powder or sumthin yer delusional abe kafka is fictional
he doesn't exist
just cuz ya had a bad experience with some crazy lezzie cucaracha is no reason to quit on yer fella roachies
i find peace and solace in kafka sez abe humans can be converted to roachies
abe went to temple at the house of kafka and bennie got bugsprayed in the great roachie revolution of '21
abe was right
humans continue to be converted into roachies at an algebraic rate
soon we will all be one with nature
