Analysis of Winds upon the Island
Winds upon the Island
The rippling waters
ripple upon the blue seas
caressing breezes blow coarsely
to the coastal island with sultry ease.
The rolling tides crash upon the shores
of bleached white sand
where sea crabs crawl lucidly
across the beach land.
The palm trees sway
to the onslaught of the winds blast
bending without falling and rooted deep
withstanding to last.
Coconuts dropping
like tears in rain
upon Coconut Island
which bears the isle's name.
As the blustering air
wrinkles orchids and red ginger
that lay in its path
where blue jade vines wrestle in the aft.
The rippling waters
and breeze from the sea
settles from it's rile
upon the island of plants and trees.
Now leaving the shores
to a faraway place
is like a worker bee
performing at a frantic pace.
