Analysis of Who am I Lord

Who am I Lord who am i?
That You should give your life and die,
Who am I Lord who am i?
I find no joy in what I see,
In the mirror staring back at me.
You say You love me just the way I am,
but we both know the truth,
So I dont know how you can.
Who am I lord why did you choose me?
So many more deserving from what I
can see.
Who am I Lord, who am i?
full of sin and broken from the start,
What did you see when you searched my heart?
Who am I?
Is there someone better or more worthy deep inside?
Or did you hear my tears every time I cried?
Who am I Lord who am I to you?
Am I your child whos lost his way,
or am I the stain that wont go away?
Who am I WHOOO am I?
So here I stand crying out to you,
nothing to give, nothing new.
Trusting surrendering and believing,
in who YOU ARE.
A God so big, a God so bright,
Love unending, full of mercy and light.
Thats who You are yes, thats who You are.
A God who forgives a thousand times,
A Father who can wash away all your crimes.
Thats who You are.
I guess its not about how good I may be,
but how perfect You are sweet Trinity.
