Analysis of What Words Won't Do

Like the clock watches time, you stay on my mind.
No matter where the place, I swear I see your face.
If this were only a trial, I'd just call it a smile.
But I know better, it's like a verse to a letter

Feelings flow when your smile glows, but it all depends on time.
Wandering mind, I'm sure you find, I want to be your smile.
Happiness alas, could you pass that chance? I'd leave it all for you.
A song can't fool what words won't do, so here's a not so subtle clue.

When our eyes met I knew, My heart would long for you
I would walk forever and a mile, Just to be why you smile.
What ever it takes, no matter the case, time will never break.
For you I'd give the world, anything to make you my girl

Nick Farber

I'm 20 years old and so far only wrote one poem. I write music so I guess that counts as a form of poetry. But as of right now I consider only one to be a poem. :) more…
