Analysis of This too will pass

Its blackened now
The minutes seem like hours in the dark
The tears, they freely fall
Amid the anguish, I bend
For grief that troubles the bowel
A sore that won't be healed, now
If left to bend
Then, time will mend
Thanks be to God
It isn't always black
Relieved by this and that
A place to go
A favorite show
Anothers plight
All shed some light
And memories
Of being free
They break the dark
Relieve the heart
Its blackened, now
But, this will pass
Its getting to
The end at last
