Analysis of The Changing of Seasons
I'll wait for you like I waited for Winter.
Oh, How I waited for that snow to fall.
I waited for what seemed like forever;
But once it fell, I just felt so small.
I'll wait for you like I waited for Summer.
Oh, How those cool nights were just so calm,
We Would stay up for what seemed like forever,
But in the morning, everything just felt so wrong.
I'll wait for you like I waited for Fall.
Oh, How the beautiful colors fell down.
You always left me waiting for that call.
Leading me into these tears; to drown.
I'll wait for you like I waited for Spring.
Oh, How I waited for you to say goodbye.
Who knew the anger that it would bring.
Now, I am finding my eyes lost in the sky.
Once the flowers fell, I found myself waiting again.
Waiting for yet another season to come in.
