Analysis of Like red on a rose, fading to black.
Heartache cripples through my veins with such sorrow
Jealousy is a tendency I would never have to borrow
Love bursts through my dreams in a fairy tale world
Reality never made sense, lost in the moment, sweet girl.
Hope lingers on with the sounds of a slow song
Laughter fades through all the lonely days that went wrong
Happiness disappears through the tears that cause me to drown
Faith drops at the fall of a hat, nowhere to be found.
The damage is done, there is no turning back
It's like the red on a rose, fading to black
The thunder rolls, the clouds are dark
My heart is bleeding the pain, of a needle so sharp
So I Run far away, no longer am I ready to feel this pain
Pictures capture the moments that will forever be changed
Change mortifies us all when our walls are so strong
Loneliness captures me, there are no more reasons to hang on
