Analysis of I'm Some Kind of Caped Cop Here
My cape comes on
I'm under the covers
My wake is gone
My mind is smothered.
I'm slipping into sleep
The depths of a dream
I'm caging up creeps
Out of the obscene.
I'm a hero here
Under my brown blanket
Evil doers do fear
Being thrown in the snake pit.
My dream made mask
Furled up over my face
My team's up to the task
Of detecting disgrace.
I'm a stone cold cop
With my colored cape
I'll steer you to stop
If you try to escape.
My cape comes off
I'm wide awake
Why did it stop?
My mind needed the break.
