Analysis of Her Oddity

Behind those misty eyes
A tempest rises slowly
Refraining to cease

Behind that grimace
I behold a sane hope of life
A sane quest of bliss

She covers herself up in a veil
And weeps quietly
The agony sprawls over her eyes
Utterly failing to deceive

Still, she smiles at me
She perishes the thought of letting me know
She croons and hums the tune of glee
Like amber her hazel eyes glow

I know the nightshade poisons her every now and then
Every single moment
But I pretend to be a know nothing

I smile back at her
Stare at her and deepen my gaze
She's thunderstruck
She averts

The boulevard we're on snakes through the woods
As we hold on to each other
The sun sets in the horizon as she unveils herself
The twilight doesn't seem to bother
Thereupon myriad stars surround the moon

Our souls miscible
We whisper in perfect harmony
A moment of pure bliss
