Analysis of Greatest Man Of All Time

Who was the greatest person in history?
Who should get all the glory?
Certainly not Muhommad Ali,
Or number ninety-nine Wayne Gretzky.
What about George Washington?
Or composers Rogers and Hammerstein?
Was that person an American president?
Or a chief Vatican resident?
Conquerors Alexander the Great and Genghis Khan,
Or those scientists who made bombs.
Could it be the great leader Moses?
He was great, but he himself would say, no sir.
King David, the writer of Psalms.
He would say, no, it's one with nailprints in his palms.
The Apostles Peter, Paul, James and John.
No, they would say it's the one known as God the Son.
And it wasn't Noah who lived through the flood.
He would agree that it's Jesus who on the cross died and shed his blood.
The greatest person is one who can save your soul.
And Jesus is the only one who can make you whole.
