Analysis of Friends

When friends are not friends
what should you do?
Who can you call
When your true friends are not true
When you can hear their whispers
before you get in the door
Is that what friends do?
Is that what friends are for?
When the people you thought
would catch you when you fall
Turn their back on you and act like
They don't know you at all
Well I'll tell you what I've found to be real
Finding new friends that care how you feel
And it really helps
To spend some time alone
Getting to know yourself
When those old friends are gone
And though it seems that nothing will please us
Remember you always have a true friend in Jesus.
