Analysis of Don’t anchor my heart.

My heart is without anchor
It sails in all directions

You took my heart and tried to tie it down
Hide it away from others, a futile try.

You thought my heart is in the shadows of loneliness
Whereas my heart was filling the love.

You thought with love my heart would get wounded
Whereas my heart pounded and my mind raced to interlace with love

Without the need to be shy I let it fly
And I am sure it will live free till I die.
