Analysis of Domestic Lessons

Brown eyes, big, gleam tears, reflect fear
Plump hand, small, white cold, grip doll
Curled body, tucked, small space, hidden face
Burning ears, listen, shallow breath, safety's death

Clenched teeth, stained, loud voice, brutal choice
Closed fist, hard, vocal grunt, body thump
Sturdy torso, broad, heaving chest, catching breath
Bitter tongue, sharp, boozed head, judgement dead

Burning rib, broken, winded frame, head in shame
Nil esteem, empty, inner girl, splintered world
Love forgiven, lost, emotion drain, repeat again...
Brown eyes, witness, safety burnt, lesson learnt
