Analysis of Dear Mr.President
Under a blood red sky
The bluebirds don't fly
And I wonder why
Under a blood red sky
The wings have lied
There are no angels in sight
Only the devils light
There are only fights
Children cry at night
When will it end?
When will the war outside die?
When can we go outside?
When can we feel safe and sound once again?
When can we hear that our family is here?
When will we know that we are at home?
Because this isn't home
Our home has been invaded
By hatred and we are afraid
So won't you please think of us?
Know that so many people have to lose their lives
Just because you want so many things
In this life, we can't be greedy
So quiet down, and stop the violence
You always pray and feel sad for the ones who gave up their life
But It's all your fault
You could've avoided this
So don't you cry, or feel bad at night
You should've known, it's not worth the fight
