Analysis of Beyond My Control

If I could write a poem,
it would be held with highest regard.
It would be acceptable to read,
at church groups and at weddings.
The poetry could be signed up,
to be read at a funeral.
I would want my poetry,
to be held in high regard.
I would want it to bring joy and cheer.
It has been in incognito.
Unable to make any poetry to surpass
the needs of a layman.
If I write a poem I want to know,
if it is the best one yet.
If it doesn't measure up,
I will try my very best,
to encourage the poetry to last,
in the minds of those reading the poetry.
I'd like to make an ever lasting impression!
