Analysis of A Cruel Game of Destiny
A Cruel Game of Destiny
On line
The baby was sleeping in the cradle
Awesome was Life-Death riddle
The cradle was rocking
The fate was mocking
The baby was crying
It was to be breast-fed
Alas! A cruel game of destiny
Beside the mother lay dead
She in sleep, died of snake-bite
Her dream was gulped by providential might
Jaws of snake proved to be claws of Death
In such realm of God, could you repose faith?
Through her breasts and nipples
Her restless soul tried to ooze out
However helpless God, couldn't help soul
Her physical body already lost bout
Sensible mundane world cries out
Baby must be breast-fed
What could be done, with such babies?
They would be left forever breast –unfed!
