Analysis of "muses"
For thou of Zeus graces glean,
walk quaint amongst thou old world sparrow,
thy garden grows forlorn hope, life,
amidst thine intrepid tempest.
Thou grace of joy bestowed art,
in thy barren tranquility,
for thou friendship, inspiration,
spurred vines filled with sweet nectar.
Thou perfumed charm permeates,
thy senses filled breadth of jewels,
thou beauty, flowers diamonds,
wedding thou alas rose dress.
Of vintage satin beauty,
thou personification source,
poetic myths of gentleness,
for thou art thy three graces.
