Analysis of "Lost Friend"

I tried and i tried again
once in a while, and hope all lost
to connect with the unconnected soul,
to revive what was long dead.

i failed and i failed again
every time, but still with a hope
to connect with the unconnected soul.
to revive what was long dead.

people now they call me desperate
for they do not feel the way i do
friend ship do not end that easy, until
one keep the other in their heart
it still lives, as i kept her in mine
not today but tomorrow will she
feel the same way as i do.
