Analysis of Worth the high?
Jennifer Schneider 1981
Trembling with shock throughout
Our veins,
Your body becomes weak and
Mind’s insane.
As you start to feel numb all over
The place,
Your heart begins to beat at a
Rapid pace.
Surrounded by air that is clouded up
With smoke.
Taking one too many could lead you
To choke.
When you start to feel as if you can
Not breathe,
Lungs had filled up, making it harder
To leave.
You desperately want to leave, but
You’re stuck.
The longer that you go, you press
Your luck.
For those many moments that you spend
Getting high,
You put your life at risk, and you will
Eventually die.
Nothing is worth the high!!!
