Analysis of Lullaby
The light of your eyes
soothes me -
keeps me from fear.
Keeps me from worry.
Calms and assures.
But you, don’t take care of what you need to –
no relief.
I don’t know what you feel,
I just hope that you can breathe.
The warmth of your smile
heals me.
And when I’m old,
I will remember
the love
that
you
showed.
