Analysis of a poem for my sister
Josie, how i love her
my favorite person to exist
summer, spring, fall, winter
a hot breeze blowing on our skin as we hug
lily flowers roar in the wind as we talk
leaves falling down as we open up
snow flies through the air as I hold her hand
she’s here through every season, through thick and thin
“best friends forever”
they may come and go
but sisters, they’re forever
whether blood or in theory
the bond is still there
no matter how much we fight, she’s always there
i will always be grateful for her and the memories we’ve made
even when we separate, go to different schools
we won't fall apart and I want her to know
no one has made me as happy as her
and our bond might change, but i know it’ll return
