Analysis of lovely her

as she lays in my arms
i look at her
everything comes to a pause
i can't focus on anything
except her presence
the beating of our hearts start to sync
and fill in the silence
i'd brush her hair with my fingers
and she'd look at me
her pretty brown eyes
the kind that have a sense of passion
they lock with mine
a smile grows on her face
one that brightens the whole room
and brings a smile to my face
where we both lie there with a sense of safeness
everything begins to feel okay again
i'll kiss your soft lips
to break the quiet of the silence
and you'll lay your head on my chest
i'll think about how pretty you are
how insanely beautiful you look
i'll think about how in love with you i am
how if you were in my headspace
you would never have to ask
"why do you love me"
and in the back of my mind i think about how i know one day ill wake up with you next to me
in my mind
everything about you is needed within my future
your my person
