Analysis of time is a thief

From the second  we opened our eyes  were held in our mothers' arms with smiles, tears, and pictures. Those pictures hold memories that will last a lifetime, but in the moment, they're only so short. Time is a thief!

Time will grow, and so will we. Before you know it, you'll be walking through the doors of kindergarten, clinging to Mom because you're scared to leave her side. But she assures you that everything will be okay, and you walk in ready to play. However, the time is only so short that you have to go back home and see her with open arms and a big hug. A big step for you both comes to an end, meaning time is a thief.

The next couple of years, we will be screaming, playing, sliding on the slide, having the time of our lives, making friends, and not having a care in the world. One day you're on the stage of your elementary school, singing a song, and ready to take the next step of your young life. In middle school, it all went so fast, but time is a thief.

In middle school, we will figure out who we are and what we want to be when we grow up. In middle school, we learn so much about who we are as people, our interests, and dealing with all the drama of middle school, like boys, jealousy, and awkward phases. Looking back, it was also silly, but I wouldn't change it for the world. It feels like only yesterday, but it was so long ago. Time is a thief.

As we take the final path through education, we enter high school, growing and learning to mature, finding our first love, dealing with our first heartbreak, our first car, our first job—really a first at everything. You look back on everything, and you're so grateful for the support from friends and family that got you to the point where you are now. You've made it so far, learning new things like algebra 2. What the heck is that? But it's all worth it in the end to have a diploma in your hand and to throw your caps into the sky. Time flew by, and we ran into our family's arms, screaming, "We did it!"

At the end of the day, the moon will shine, and everything will be okay knowing you accomplished the biggest accomplishment of your life so far, but in the end, it's all just a moment, a proud moment, in fact, but you have many more to look forward to. The day will come to an end, and after everything, you're happy, but then you realize time is still a thief.
